Absolutely great to deal with. Was initially warned the may be a slight delay, however it seems DEA coped with the extra orders easily. Was kept updated about my order throughout the process.
Fitting was pretty simple with not much jiggling required. Could probably have better bolt system where it fits to dpf (like original bolts). Overall a great experience and upgrade for my Triton

The exhaust that I had ordered was not updating the tracking through the courier, ( fault on couriers side). I rang and spoke to Siobhan who chased the issue up immediately. I had an update the next day after hearing back from the courier and went above and beyond by checking my other order in the system and got an update on that day as well. 10 out of 10 for customer service on Siobhans part.
